ConoHaのサーバーに入るために用意される秘密鍵はConoHaから発行されるもので、今必要なのはLet's Encryptから発行されるSSL証明書で、それはcertbotコマンドで発行できます (たぶん拡張子が同じ,pemなので紛らわしいかもです)
