一度は再開の見込みが立って定時出発の顔して堂々と入線してきた福知山始発14時41分発京都行きはしだて4号くん、出発間際で新たな倒木が発見されたので出発できず再開見込みが17時になったんだけど、ｸｫﾚﾊ特急券払い戻してくれるのかな
